I joined the T2M team as an intern at the age of 19, through the first software quality course offered by T2M in Petrópolis! Most of my learning came from the T2M team who was always willing to help and share knowledge. I am extremely grateful to everyone. Two years ago, after five years of development, I was invited to become a partner in the company. I strongly believe in the company and the potential of all its employees!
I joined T2M at the age of 16 as an intern, and today after 14 years with the company, I am one of its partners. I was the first, but now there are many similar examples within the company. We strongly believe in everyone's potential here at T2M, reflecting the company’s professional mindset.
I started working at T2M in 2017 when we had fewer than 40 employees. I was excited about the new initiatives emerging, worked on various projects with various clients, and grew along with the company. Today, after just over six years with the company, I’ve had the opportunity to become a partner and write another chapter in my story with T2M. Just like me, the 260+ employees who are part of T2M today can dream and achieve whatever they set their sights on. It’s a company that truly cares, values, and creates opportunities for its employees.
I joined T2M in 2021, after 10 years of serving PETROBRAS. Now, at 59 years old, I’m very happy and fulfilled with the company’s initiative to include more experienced professionals in its team. I believe age means experience, and in IT, it represents a valuable exchange with younger colleagues.

After extensive experience in sales and management, I transitioned careers with the support of Serratec’s Residency Program and the FEST/T2M course. T2M opened its doors for me to work in something I love, in a company that I admire, where I see my daily progress.
This initiative demystifies age in the workforce, proving that with dedication, study, and self-confidence, it’s possible to achieve dreams while keeping the mind and body youthful.
Upon joining T2M, the experience gained from the work I performed was of fundamental importance. By the end of the project, I felt like part of the company that believed in my work and gave me the opportunity to grow in my professional career. I had the chance to work with a wide variety of professionals, from younger individuals starting their careers to more experienced ones. This demonstrates that in IT, experience and youth can work together.

T2M is more than a technology company; it is a company with strong ethical and humanitarian values. I have returned to the job market at the age of 71 and feel like a valued member of the team. Gratitude is the word that best expresses my feelings.

This was only possible because of managers with a broad and unrestricted vision, saw an opportunity, not a risk, in developing and leveraging capable, rather than obsolete talent.
