Our story begins in a beautiful postcard setting
Due to its technological potential, charm, and historical value, the city of Petrópolis, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, was chosen as the headquarters of our company. T2M Test to Market and C2ES - Center of Competence in Software Engineering were born, on July 23, 2022 during a party for 350 guests that took place at the beautiful Crystal Palace.

In the beginning, T2M focused on software testing. We quickly realized that defects detected during the testing phase often originated from failures in other stages of development.
From a focus on testing to a focus on software quality
Testing systems was no longer enough. The positive impact of software quality on our clients’ businesses had become the driving force behind our company.
Thus, from 2004 onward T2M expanded its work to cover the management of all disciplines involved in the system development lifecycle, ensuring software quality in all our deliveries.
This was a decisive turning point for our growth, which began to strengthen every year, driven by the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Success and recognition
Today, over 20 years since T2M’s founding, we are a mature company with approximately 300 employees in a process of constant technical improvement. The quality of our work is recognized by major companies among our portfolio of clients.
It is worth highlighting that we chose to work independently of any specific technology or methodology. We consider this essential for maintaining impartiality when assessing the quality of projects for the benefit of our clients’ business objectives. This reinforces our commitment to deliver excellent services guaranteed by our extensive experience and expertise.
A subsidiary dedicated to software development
C2ES was created alongside T2M on July 23, 2002, initially as a non-profit institution focused on teaching Software Engineering disciplines.
On July 7, 2022, it transformed into the corporation C2ES – Center for Competence in Software Engineering Ltd., a subsidiary of T2M, offering the following services:
- Software development using agile methodologies
- Training in agile methodology
- Data privacy (Brazilian data protection law or LGPD)
- Accessibility for apps and websites
- Information security using blockchain technology and secure cloud storage
Workforce training: a permanent investment
Since its founding, we have been a member of Serratec – the Technology Hub of the Serrana Region, where we sponsor the Software Residency Program, training hundreds of professionals annually.
